Shanna Bakker (December 25, 1993) is an autonomous visual artist and tattoo artist. She graduated with a bachelor from Illustration Design at ArtEZ School of the Arts in Zwolle in 2018.
Shanna paints on raw, weathered materials, opting for surfaces that bear marks from their
past lives instead of a perfect white canvas. Her striking brush strokes and visible underlying
sketches are combined with intricate details. The works are created intuitively, showcasing
vibrant colors where movement and distortion are evident.
